This book is comprised of lectures that were given by Father Feeney. In the Old Testament, God never commanded that anyone love him. Even Adam was commanded to just obey him. Jesus calls for Love. Even the angels themselves, who never tire of adoring God, cannot show the versatility and variety in love that we do. Man loves God so much that we are willing to die for his truths. Jesus made the Apostles out of love, and through love they made the Catholic Church.

His lectures show us that we show more should all be spending our life getting ready for eternity. All we do should be for God. We should live everyday as if it is our last, and live it for God. For he will remember for eternity what we did for Him while here. We are not alone in this. God has given each of us a Guardian Angel at our birth and he will be with us when God judges us.

Also included are talks on the Holy Scripture, the Doctors if the Church, the Mother of God, that God is with us, the Child, a discussion of philosiohy and some stories and anecdotes that Father Feeney shared. This si a very quick read.
