My review is more about the museum than about this little guide. The Borghese Gallery, the work mostly of Cardinal Scipione Borghese, is one of the most beautiful museums of Rome and its art, especially the sculptures, is among the top in the world. The Bernini sculptures are breathtaking. With the famous nude of Pauline Bonaparte (Napoleon's sister and married to Camillo Borghese) Antonio Canova created a supreme example of Neoclassical style and turned Pauline into a goddess of antiquity.
