At only 95 pages, this can only give a brief overview. While there is some description of weaving techniques, one would need to have some weaving experience to put them to use. The focus is more on the history, what types of garments were woven, design patterns, and modern use. Appendices include a chronology of Pueblo textile development, suggested readings, glossary of weaving terms, and a list of prize-winning artists1970-1977.
