Okay, this book is dated and unreliable for prices, hours of operation for hotels and restaurants, trains and museums. That said, it is still one of the most useful guides to the Inca sites in and around Cusco, and is a must have for a traveller. Fringe benefit - the entertaining and opinionated author's descriptions and recommendations. Excellent read, excellent resource. A fantastic, concise description of all the major archeological sites around Cusco, including a couple of sites that seems to escape the tourist hordes. Includes a couple of overnight hikes for the adventurous.
