The wildly incredible and equally terrible animated short from the 1978 Star Wars Holiday Special gets the Little Golden Book treatment, and it is as incredible and terrible as you would expect it to be.

This book uses clear, rich illustrations and relates many facts about snakes in an easy-to-learn way. It was a big hit with my kindergarten class.

I loved the movie so I was curious how the book would be. It was a true adaptation and basically was the cliff notes version of the movie. I enjoyed the book version and am always a sucker for the adventures of Woody and Buzz. Unfortunately, the book cannot provide the comedy of the movie provided by it's funny cast and therefore has a more serious tone throughout.

Great for any storytime program and showing kids about children's lit and their movie adaptations/translations.

Yet again I'm disappointed in SW franchising. First I was turned off from buying my niece and nephew any figurines for x-mas because of the downplay of Rey as a central character. Now in this book they exclude her again and on top of that the only female in this book is a passenger. I am provoked in going so far as to tell parents not to get their children anymore SW paraphernalia.
