From book: This guide is primarily designed to tell family and local historians of the existence of records of the period 1660-1715, resulting from national legislation, which contains lists of names. They are mostly the names of tax-payers (and of those who did not pay the taxes, for various reasons), but the Association Oath Rolls, names of those who swore loyalty to the Crown in 1695, are also included.
