Principles and Parameters: An Introduction to Syntactic Theory (Oxford Textbooks in Linguistics) by Peter W. Culicover
A textbook about Principles and Parameters, or Government and Binding, or Early '90s Transformational Grammar, or whatever the hell you want to call it. Comparable to Haegeman's Introduction to Government and Binding Theory. This was non-required reading in a syntax course I took that used Haegeman as the primary text, so I've only skimmed parts, but from what I've seen the exposition is pretty good.
