I used to love these how to books until I realised how useless most of them really are. This book has as a precondition having a 'scout' who goes out and finds good properties for you to buy and flip. I mean, really, if you need to buy a beginners book on how to flip properties, are you really going to know where to go looking for a scout to do the job for you?? Puh-leese.
