'The Next Best Day' is a very cute, very sweet story about a couple celebrating their fifth anniversary. Like in life, things don't go exactly as planned, but Rory doesn't let that deter him from achieving his goal. The big, strong construction worker can be very tender, and I loved how he took care of his lover. Jamie is very flexible, loves Rory more than anything and apparently doesn't mind going with the flow. It's definitely worth it, as he discovers later.

If you like romantic, sweet show more stories about characters wh find out that evne the deep love they share can get better, I'm sure you will love this story as much as I did.

As I read about Miss Moo I found my self wanting the story to go deeper or to have some climax in action or twist in the plot. However, the story was found to be very repetitive as well as predictable. I would love to read this book to a younger child around 3 or 4 and see if it engages them more.Miss Moo continued: I Believe that this could be a strong reading choice for beginning readers as the words are small with similar syllables.

This is only a short story, but it’s sweet and romantic, and, well, real. The two guys are not romance hero, but your everyday guys with their simple but big dream of being a family, an happily ever after story.

Rory is a construction worker, Jamie is in-live partner; I didn’t really catch if Jamie has a steady job, what I for sure understood is that Jamie is very good in taking care of Rory, he is the perfect househusband. Rory comes home tired and a little stressed, and Jamie is ready show more to relax him; Rory is late for their anniversary, and instead of finding a complaining Jamie, he finds an hot bath and dinner ready. Of course he would be crazy to let this perfect dream man gone, and indeed Rory has a plan to make their relationship very, very permanent.

There is reality waiting outside their perfect little home waiting for Rory and Jamie, but this night, this perfect planned night, is all for them, and reality can wait, the hate, the prejudices have not space, and even if they are an ordinary couple, they will have a movie-like happy ending.
