April Halberstadt

April Halberstadt is a researcher and freelance writer who has supplied research for many book projects. Her own books include Case Photographic History (1995), Farm Memories: An Illustrated History of Rural Life (1996), and Farm Tractors (1998). She is also co-author of The American Train Depot & show more Roundhouse (1995), with her husband Hans. An active board member of Preservation Action Council of San Jose, in 1997 she published The Willow Glen Neighborhood: Then and Now, about a neighborhood in San Jose, California.
