Shama Kabani

This is a very readable book that gives a good overview of the essential vehicles for social media. It was just the thing for me because it was straightforward and did not overwhelm me with too much information. As it is, I have tried somethings and will go back and reread it to try others I didn't implement the first time around. I'll be keeping this book on my shelf and would recommend it to others as an good introduction.
