Another "essential" for my crochet library! Full disclosure -- I own both of Lori's books (purchased with my own $) and most of her patterns, plus I occasionally do pattern tests for her. But this is my HONEST opinion!

Even if you don't aspire to be a Tunisian Crochet designer, this book still belongs in your library. You won't find a more complete resource on TC stitches and stitch patterns, and you never know, you might want to change up one of those projects you're working on with a more show more interesting or more functional stitch, and right here is the place you'll find it! Be assured there is essential information here for beginners as well as advanced crocheters.

The only thing I could wish to add to Lori's newest book is a pattern (or two or three)... Sometimes it's helpful to see a suggestion of how to use a particular stitch, but as much as anything I wish this book was listed in the Ravelry database, which it can only be if it includes patterns. But know that Lori does use these very interesting stitch patterns in her designs, so be sure to check those out as well.

Bottom line -- this book is worth every penny! show less
