In the book's preamble, the power of the Forward and the Introduction can be seen here as it gives the reader the background and history of both Chocolate and Green & Black's, and so instills into the mind the confidence, purpose, and reassurance before the reader starts on her/his chocolate journey.

I have not had the time to try out these recipes as yet. WIll do it someday soon perhaps. A nice chocolate dessert whilst sitting show more on the couch in the warm living room as it hopefully snows outside in the winter season. That would be nice. Possibly a very good book for Romantics and Special Occasions. show less

This is a wonderful cooking book. Great, and original recipes, with a short introduction to each one, saying where it has come from.

All the recipes I have read have been easy to follow, and produced great results.
