Julia Alone by Ann Stevens
Julia is 31 when her doctor husband dies unexpectedly, leaving her to bring up two small children. At first she struggles with the loss, then after some time, the sense of loneliness and need for love and companionship. Ann Stevens describes nicely the hopeful, awful and comic sides to 'lonely hearts' column dating, then Julia meets Matt and the future looks settled. A good read.
