214. The Time for Decision, by Sumner Welles (read 27 Oct 1945) When I finished this book on 27 Oct 1945 I said: "Finished The Time for Decision tonight. I didn't think it very good, mainly because it didn't say much that I hadn't heard before. And I don't agree with everything Sumner Welles said."
