What Do You Say When . . .: Talking to People with Confidence on Any Social or Business Occasion by Florence Isaacs
Simple book about talking to people with confidence. Chapters are arranged by the types of occassions. I found this book to very helpful to me as I have trouble talking to certain groups of people. I will defintely read this again.
