- Rienk H. Kamer is also known as a world wide active collector of antique and modern art as well as of old manuscripts and rare books, with a specialised library of first editions of almost all famous books about economy and finance since 1502. The only known 'free' copy (outside of 7 official libaries in the world) of history's first book about a stock market (Confusion de Confusiones, Amsterdam, 1688) as well as the only known copy of Das Manifest der Kommunistischen Partei personally signed and dedicated by Karl Marx and Adam Smith's own copy of the first edition of his famous Wealth of Nations (1776) are part of it.
