MY FIRST TOUCH AND FEEL - THINGS THAT GO book says that it is interactive, but I'm not sure that is the word I would have chosen. There are textures.

WHAT YOU GET is what I would call a large boardbook. On each white page is a large cheerful drawing of an object that moves. There is a good variety in the objects that are presented. There is a stroller, bicycle, motorcycle, car, bus, boat, airplane and shiny rocket. Each Thing that goes has an area that is textured. The wheels on show more many of the objects are pebbly. There are also raised areas and super slick areas.

The spokes on the stroller's blue wheels, for example, are raised. The canopy is super slick and shiny, while the carrying-basket underneath has an almost net-like feel.

The colors used are bright and appealing. The large pages seem sturdy. Despite this I wouldn't call THINGS THAT GO a standout. It's good..

Would be an okay choice for little ones who like things that go. show less

Antigamente, as minhocas só comiam amendoins, os pássaros comiam as minhocas que comiam amendoins e os gatos comiam os pássaros que comiam as minhocas que comiam amendoins. Assim era até que um belo dia este equilíbrio foi rompido por uma minhoca que, muito brava, comeu um gato. A partir de então nada funcionava mais! O equilíbrio foi rompido e a anarquia instaurada!
