Roger E. Bilstein

A very interesting, well-written, and well-rounded book on aviation. It strikes just the right balance between GA, commercial, and military flight activity. However, reading any book on aviation published in 2001 (which means written in 2000) is like reading a history of the North American continent that was published in 1775.
