Jack Black (2) (1969–)

Despite some terrific visuals, a great voice cast and a plot that has genuine character growth and laudably builds on not just the previous film nor just the original film, but both (something a shocking amount of threequels fail to do), the villain here just didn't feel to me to have the same memorable design and motivation as the brilliantly animated peacock in film 2 did. But otherwise, another solid entry in a solid series of family friendly action.

The Kung Fu Panda films are so much fun and funny. This was not quite so much fun but still a great and entertaining 90 minutes.

This wasn't quite as much fun as the first film but I still enjoyed it.

Po and his friends fight to stop a peacock villain from conquering China with a deadly new weapon, but first the Dragon Warrior must come to terms with his past.
Rated PG for sequences of martial arts action and mild violence
