Absolutely fantastic. Certainly my favorite book of poems, this was given as a gift by my Father on my 25th birthday.
Stretches from medieval to twentieth century, there's not one I can recall that didn't affect me in some way.
I grew up in Wales but my family is English; I was writing a paper about welsh outlaw poetry in the 14th century when I was given the book.
I like poetry, but poetry books certainly don't turn me on usually. However this was for me far more than it seemed on first show more glance. I would highly recommended it. show less
