Digital Consumers: Re-shaping the Information Profession by David Nicholas

Although this is a semi interesting read, it really doesn't answer the question of how to reshape the info professions. It may have ideas for the large important national and university libraries but for those of us in small local libraries of whatever kind it really has nothing to say on how to change our services so that we can change the future of obsolescence and ever decreasing budgets.
Slightly disappointing.
