Jim Kelly’s Armed and Dangerous discusses his early life, the beginning of his football career, and culminates in an examination of the Buffalo Bill’s 1991-1992 season. The book, co-authored with sportswriter Vi Carucci, captures a unique moment in time when the Bills were at the height of the powers and appeared in four consecutive Super Bowls between 1991-1994, unfortunately losing in each. At the time Armed and Dangerous was printed, it was a cutting-edge story of current events, but show more now it’s more akin to reading a previous Presidential nominee’s memoir. As such, it will primarily appeal to Buffalo Bills fans and those interested in the team’s glorious early 1990s. show less
