This drawing book is geared for children, though it can be used by anyone who wants to draw. Other than the helpful instructions at the beginning of each section, the instructions throughout the book are minimal and very often just the title of the drawing. Each drawing is broken into parts so that each step can be understood. This is not an pick and choose book. The drawings are built upon techniques and are progressively more challenging. Though the author's goal is to help the budding show more artist to draw subjects in the real world, I don't think that the instructions will take the artist that far. show less
