2025 movie #54. A man (Sullivan), while on a Mexican fishing vacation, gets trapped under a collapsed pier. His wife (Stanwyck) goes for help and is kidnapped by a despirite killer. And the tide is coming in. Pretty good suspense story.
2024 movie #77. 1964. When a man's (McMurray) wife (Bergen) gets elected President, he finds himself bored with traditional "First Lady" duties. He causes an international incident when he takes a South American dictator out on the town. Moderately funny and McMurray is good.
Society tells a widow how to behave.

1/4 (Bad).

I gave up after 30 minutes, there being no good reason to watch this movie in the first place, and nothing in the first half hour to change my mind.

Greg is mesmerized by Gaby and goes to the ballet to see her on stage, but Gaby is French and wants nothing to do with Greg. But he persists and by the end of the day, she agrees to marry. But before they can marry, there is a mountain of red tape and Greg ships out while promising to marry Gaby on his return. When she hears that he has been killed, she makes herself available to show more anyone who would want her. (fonte: Imdb) show less
