Innocence and Design: The Influence of Economic Ideas on Policy (The BBC Reith lectures) by David Henderson
A set of lectures on the use of "do it yourself economics", not textbook economics, in policymaking. The author makes some good observations, but in my opinion he doesn't really penetrate the subject sufficiently to be of lasting interest. His defense of the free market also seems somewhat outdated from today's perspective.
