About the Author
Christopher Simpson is an associate professor specializing in information literacy at American University's School of Communication in Washington, DC. He has written several books concerning genocide, international human rights law and national security, including "The Splendid Blond Beast: Money, show more Law and Genocide in the 20th Century". He serves on the Scholarly Advisory Boards for federal interagency commissions concerning looted Nazi assets and administration of the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act.
