Reviews
Warm, witty, and often wonderful, kathi Maio reviews films from a feminist perspective with wry candor and cutting perception.Unfailingly interesting and often compelling, she refrains from being a vigilante and succeeds instead at being more often than not funny and convincing. Opened my eyes to many aspects of Hollywood films in general and about their treatment of women in particular, as well as pointing me to more than one worthwhile movie I haven't seen yet. I usually avoid feminist show more literature - but this is highly recommended. show less
