Very thought-provoking look at the recommendations coming out from the Gomery inquiry into the sponsorship scandal. I suggest people read the Gomery recommendations before reading this book in order to get the most from it.

Among the most interesting discussions in the book is why Justice Gomery did not question the basic premise of the sponsorship program, and whether it is legitimate for the government of all Canadians to use taxpayers' money to convince a subset of voters to choose one show more vision of Canada over another. show less
