About the Author
Cherene Sherrard was born in Los Angeles. A Cave Canem Graduate Fellow, she is the author of the chap-book, Mistress, Reclining, winner of the New Women's Voices Award. Her poems have appeared in the Los Angeles Review, Crab Orchard Review, Prairie Schooner, and Tidal Basin Review. She currently show more lives in Wisconsin, where she is a professor in the English department at UW-Madison. show less
