- Daniel Reitz is an American playwright, screenwriter, and director whose career covers extensive Off-Broadway and independent New York theater production. An alumnus of the New York Foundation for the Arts Fellowship program, his multi-decade dramatic canon is anchored by works such as Urban Blight, Self-Storage, and Studies for a Portrait. His sweeping accolades include a Drama Logue Award, the W. Kepler Wehr Playwriting Award, and fellowships from the MacDowell Colony, Yaddo, and the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts.
