Overall it's a good book. I recommend it for someone new to training, because it's motivational and everything is clear cut - training splits (including instructions on how to do each exercise) and nutritional info.
I benefited from the explanations of certain things (like how to tell if you are over training, etc.) and I enjoyed the tips.
Design wise (layout & text) - I think it's awesome.

I remember reading this back when I was 11 or 12. There was a "clean" version and a "parental advisory" version, the difference being a chapter w sex in it that I don't think was that scandalous. Only other thing I really remember is that he was trying to chose between getting a dirtbike or turntables, and then he wrecked his friend's dirtbike, broke a few bones and became a DJ.
Spotify of the day. 1990. Many say this is one of the best hip-hop albums of all time. Who am I to argue? Good beats, good rhymes and a lot of humor. Included in Robert Dimery's 2016 book “1001 Albums You Must Listen To Before You Die”.
It was a alright read, kind of all over the place. Wasnt what I expected.
