I very much liked the beautiful drawings of the Louvre, which show well the complex building history of these palaces (Louvre ánd the Tuileries). However, I am not very fond of the overall graphic design of the book, which to me looked a bit outdated. A very informative book, and a great companion to for instance James Gardners book on the same subject.
