It is a good book, the way grammar bits are explained is very pleasing, but there are problems there.
One, it does not use the Hindi script. Having transliteration for everything is great, and should be encouraged, but publishing a book only in Roman script is not a good idea.
Two, transliteration, though good on it's own, is a bit unorthodox, which can be very confusing if the learner looks at any other materials outside of this book. Good thing though is, that this book very clearly shows show more the words where the pronunciation used is different from what the Hindi spelling would suggest.
I would not recommend this for the main textbook, but the chances are, if you don't fully understand a grammar point explained elsewhere, this book will set you straight. show less
