The End of America - The Role of Islam in the End Times and Biblical Warnings to Flee America by John Price
Compelling argument for religious; interesting perspective for nonreligious
I do not agree with many of the arguments in this book linking natural disasters to American foreign policy; it is a bridge too far for me. I did, however, find the facts credible and in agreement with news reporting around the world but found the reasoning for the author's conclusions had no cause and effect. It is an interesting biblical Christian/Jewish perspective but I would not recommend it to nonreligious persons.

I enjoyed this second book in the trilogy more than the first book but once again was not satisfied with the ending. I look forward to reading the final book in the trilogy, "The Day" and hope it ties up all the loose ends.
Bible study busywork
This added nothing to the book whatsoever. Save yourself the trouble and skip it. It is a poor attempt at using the Socratic method to prove the unprovable.

I wish goodreads had half-star ratings. I would have given this one 3 and a half stars. I enjoyed it but did not much care for the ending. But this is the first book in a trilogy, so hopeful all loose ends will be tied by the end of the series. I look forward to reading the second book in the series "The Warning". I looks to me like it will be better than the first book.
