Thomas D. Perry

I found this to be a VERY GOOD book (on good and the nature of the 'good') - but ostensibly on moral reasoning related to law, intellectually PRIOR to the work of Lawrence Kohlberg and Carol Gilligan - well, AFTER that work, but not commenting upon it because their development work in moral reasoning didn't figure into his analysis of jurisprudence and the question for moral fact as an issue in moral psychology.
