I generally love this kind of food memoir/ cookbook — and I liked this one. However, for a lot of reasons it was less about food than about motherhood. That was interesting in its own right, and I appreciated the things she wanted to try and why it didn’t work out. I live in Seattle and was looking for some ideas, and while that didn’t really work out either, I feel inspired to try some of those adventures I’ve always meant to explore, so message received.
