I wish I could give this book 10 stars! I could not put it down and read it from start to finish in one day! Having lost my own mother at the age of 34, two days after her 50th birthday, I felt as if I was reading about my own life in the opening pages and then throughout the remainder of the book. As the oldest child, only girl, with two younger brothers, I too, remember receiving my mother's jewelry in a Ziplock bag. Rings were/are our family thing. I have since inherited my maternal show more grandmother's jewelry and my daughter shares in our love of rings and glittery things. Thank you Beth for sharing! show less
