Review: This book is very fascinating and thought provoking one time you will feel like is it for real what we are reading,
Story of a woman who got sold to prostitution pimps out of revenge by a criminal to get equal with her father, she turn and become poetess , nawab sultan fall for her, they kept meeting even after Umrao got attacked to leave nawab sultan, ones she get a change as daciot offer her to run away from her current like she get back to her place she born and family disown her show more because they think she is disgrace to there family and she return to prostitution where she started and help nawab illegitimate daughter later she earn a fortune and left behind her old life..

In the meantime she face many up's and down's in her life and author very beautifully presented the strong female characters who has power to make decisions for herself and live the life on there own terms, This book is so beautiful that one must enjoy it thoroughly...

Many facts are not cleared for that the research we say it not much appropriate according to it so problem are with research work other wise its a good book show less
