52 Delicious & Healthy SUPERFOOD Breakfasts Under 300 Calories - Simple, Quick & No-Bake!
At the beginning it talks of what makes up a healthy diet and after having gone to a nutritionist the information here is on target.
Besides the nutritional information there are also pictures and each is a well rounded meal, although some are in liquid form.
I found the recipes look very impressive and I'm just an old fashioned person and don't need the eye candy. After looking through all the recipes I show more do not think
these would be easy and quick to make. Felt as if I'd have to get up an extra 30 minutes early to prepare the meals, cutting up ingredients, etc. Loved the beginning where it does list all the superfoods.
