Vollkommen gelungen.
Another of those graphic novels that keep surprising you. The show more story of God's creation of mankind comes into another surprising perspective and keeps thrilling the reader, mainly due to the fact that all parties, God, Lucifer and man, keep on being philosophical and human. Great reading. show less

Another entry in the "other artists do their take on Lucky Luke" series, which has produced rather pleasing results so far, and does so yet again here. A charming little tale of Lucky Luke's friendship with a gay cowboy, where I especially enjoy the interruptions in the frame story. The depiction of the two Native Americans leave a lot to be desired, though, even by Lucky Luke standards.
I'm not sure the world actually needed a Lucky Luke/Brokeback Mountain mashup, but here we have it. The story's pretty good, but I'm not fond of the art and the depiction of Native Americans comes off as a little, um, dated.

Roy & Al is a gay comic starring two dogs whose owners are dating. Al is (or thinks he is) highly sophisticated and Roy is down to earth mongrel, and they may or may not be ridiculously similar to their owners. I love Ralf Königs comics and, although this is far from his best work, it has some very funny moments.
