A norse god from outer space is arrested by the time police.
3/4 (Good).
It's consistently fun and weird. It never stalls for time. The production design is great. But there's no ending. Literally - it's not a bad ending, or a cliffhanger - they just stop, like they misplaced the last couple episodes. So I feel like my saying this is "good" is pretty generous.

C+ (Okay).
The machine that makes time spaghetti is broken. (Or is it the machine that eats time spaghetti?)
The sense of humor is good, and consistently there. The production design is still amazing. But the story is complete gibberish.
