The book was good and I enjoyed reading it but the ending was awful. After all that Farah endured being with Lenox it seemed like she was finally gaining some self-respect and a backbone by walking away from him and his money. Then for him to show up a year later with a ring and "all is well" in paradise was a total letdown.

The lesson in this book is BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR!!! The protagonist wanted to lead the life of a NBE wife. She went from groupie to wife. Loletta soons finds out that ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD. The author gives very sensual and explicit details of the intimate life of this couple. Couldnot put it down.
