Reviews
A monumental achievement with influence well beyond the lifetimes of the authors, the Dictionary of ASL (also abbreviated DASL) is the first to organize a lexicon of any signed language of deaf people by formational principles, rather than by semantic slices or by reference to translation (into English). This book was later reprinted by Linstok Press (1976) in paperback form.
