A fresh, objective look at an influential but often maligned and neglected social-science. A nice touch was to take the birth chart of Prince Charles and run it through the gauntlet of two astrologers' prognostications as they could have interpreted him in the 2nd and 4th century. I did feel the author was getting a bit wrapped up in details and not offering enough 'philosophy' underlying the movement of ideas, but for a historical overview and the distinct approach to the subject I give show more four stars. show less
