Loved this, there is a series of these books, covering many major cities in the world, and it is fascinating to read and see how the towns, the streets, the roads, the bridges and buildings have changed over the years.

Mostly black and whites but some color photographs, lots of churches, about six or eight lines of text on each page. An interesting remembrance for those who have visited or lived in London.
