An interesting book about taking the stressors in your life and by easing them possibly helping your health. I would imagine that it's fairly accurate and it does have some interesting statistics on their own practice. It emphasises being a little selfish in order to allow yourself space and time for healing and I can understand why this is important.
Most women should read it for themselves and most husbands should glance through it to understand their other halves.
Another affirmation of how our minds affect our health and vice versa. Take-aways:

Repression of desires and feelings isn't good for health, unless it's just a short-term strategy, used as a life-long coping skill however, it could lead to auto-immune diseases.

Helping others is good.

Some people have a "hardiness" trait that makes them live long and healthy even with genetic problems. We can learn to develop this attitude too.
