Ginette Anfousse

For 7-9 year olds. Not much subtlety to this book. Rosalie is pretty two-dimensional. Lots of obvious humour. Reads a bit like Junie B. Jones books. People who like Roald Dahl might also like this, though it's less witty. More likely to appeal to girls than boys, I think.

I am going to review the book called A Terrible Secret.It was written by Ginette Anfosse.I chose to read the book because it sounded good. I thought it was a ok book. Some parts did not make sense. It was about a girl who saw her brother die and she blames the world for it. THen her best friend gets a std so she has to help her deal with that. The new neghiboe has a crush on her and she is really hesitant to date him but she ends up dating him and being happy about it. It did not meet my show more expactions. It was interesting but it did not make a lot of sense. show less
