Shepard Barbash

Shep came to our event in Philadelphia & gave a slide presentation & overview of the book which is about Oaxacan artisans. He interviewed them for his first book, Oaxacan Wood Carvers, and then went back to Oaxaca to see how they were doing & write a follow up after many years. Most had changed from art to laborers in the USA or other jobs to make a living. He highlights & follows particular individuals.
