I've been a wrestling fan for about 9 years or so now. I've read a couple of wrestling biographies now, but Eddie Guerrero's has been my favorite.

I didn't know too much about Eddie before I started the book, just what I had seen on wrestling shows plus his death in 2005. Immediately the book hit me with how sad it was going to be to read, knowing how the story ended. Even with the sadness, it's a great book. Eddie speaks openly about his troubles and addictions and owns up to them. He tells show more you so much about his passion, wrestling. He shares his love for his wife and family with you. And, surprisingly to me, the whole book is a great testament to God's power in a life. It wasn't what I was expecting, but it was a great encouragement. I was much more impressed with this book and than I had expected to be. show less
